How Much Will It Cost?

The Wisconsin AIDS Ride is a fundraiser and the majority of our money is raised by donations and sponsorships. However, in an effort to offset the actual costs of the Ride -- such as staff, camp costs, food, and supplies -- we charge participants a registration fee.

Riders - $80

This fee covers full support for ACT Riders (4 days, 300 miles) and Century Day Riders (1 day, 100 miles). ACT Riders will also receive a "Victory T."

Crew - $50

Crew members volunteer for three or more days, and often stay overnight at camp. They receive a "Victory T" and a Crew T-shirt.

Day Crew - No Fee

Day Crew members volunteer for one or two days, and do not stay overnight at camp. Day Crew are encouraged to attend Opening and Closing Ceremonies, and to join us for a meal while they volunteer. Day Crew also receive a Crew T-shirt.

Registered participants receive 15% off in-store merchandise (including discounted merchandise) and mechanical service. Discounts on bicycles will vary so please ask!

Machinery Row will also be donating the bike giveaway and top rider fundraiser incentive bicycles and provide the road service during the Ride.
