You can register on-line for ACT 6. Register today!
ACT 6 has instituted an online registration system through Active.com. We are asking that all registrants sign up through this system so that our database is as complete as possible. If you re-ACTed or registered early, you need to follow the directions in the e-mail with the subject, "ACT 6 registration open for re-ACT-ers" or contact Angela DuPont at AIDS Network, 608-252-6540, ext. 30.

Once you register, you will receive a confirmation email of your registration followed by an email telling you that a fundraising page has been created for you. You can then visit your fundraising page to personalize it and begin collecting pledges online. This system is much more advanced than our previous method of collecting pledges. Please be sure to read all of the information thoroughly about fundraising online and entering the pledges you do collect in hand offline.

If you would prefer to register by mail, please download the registration form, complete all the required information and send the completed form with your check to AIDS Network, 600 Williamson St. Madison, WI 53703. Once AIDS Network receives your paperwork, you will receive a notice that your on-line fundraising page has been created. You can then visit your fundraising page to personalize it and begin collecting pledges online. This system is much more advanced than our previous method of collecting pledges.
